Abstract Three dogs presented to a referral hospital with periorbital cutaneous fistulae. Investigations in all patients identified odontogenic disease as the cause of Treatment by tooth extraction was undertaken and resulted resolution Patients presenting facial fistulae or swellings should undergo thorough intra‐oral examination dental radiography computed tomography diagnose/exclude Dental endodontic treatment is indicated for curative.
